In 2006 he received a Fellowship Award from the American Academy of Functional Orthodontics demonstrating his commitment to orthodontic treatment.

Also in 2006, Dr. Kulaga received A Fellowship Award in The American Academy of Craniofacial Pain (a prestigious TMD, orofacial pain organization).
